Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We do charge shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/size. From time to time, we may offer special promotions or discounts on shipping, which will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your orders. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
